New 1.9 Map ?'s

Will the new 1.9 world map be updated? so the world border gets bigger, and beyond the original border is 1.9? Or are we going to get a completely new map, and if so, will everyone be reset of rank? Also, will the ip be different? And (last question) does anyone know when the world update will happen? Thanks!

the ip will stay the same. the map will change. our ranks will stay the same and it should happen today.

It will be resetting sometime in the next week, they've delayed the release of 1.9 until the 29th.
