In Game Report System -> Discord?

Maybe something like the Minecraft Chat being sent to discord can be done for the /report command?
If not maybe make a Discord bot or get a ticket bot like Tickety or Support Manager just for discord?
I feel like players are on discord more often than in game. This way staff can see that there's an issue and then know to join the server to fix it.

This could be a good idea. I'd have to experiment a bit more with what can be done with discord, as I am not too familiar with it yet. I'll see what I can do though.

There's a much simpler way to handle tickets. Discord allows you to mention a role if the setting is activated. It would work like @admin or @staff and it would notify all members of that role. For smaller stuff like greylist and mutes you could just @vet'+.
This would be much easier in my opinion.
