Iron farm

We should make a large, central iron farm for all newcomers to use. I'll build it myself if I can get the okay to build it in any town, preferably spawntown.

Feel free to make an iron farm for yourself and friends, but I'd prefer if you didn't make it for new players. New players tend to be the most likely to grief, and giving them ready access to iron when they first join is a bit of a risk.
