Still banned

Hey chief, ok so I was trying to log in and forgot my password so I made a new account. But after you said you would unban me and if ANYTHING suspicious showed up you would ban me again. Well I tried to get on Froobword and it said I was still banned so I was just wondering what was up and why all of the forums were deleted.
