The forums haven't really been actively used since 2015-2016. More or less everyone has just moved to the Discord. Their only real purpose at this point is for ban appeals

It looks like you were banned for when you said

I am straight to the point where I'd kill a man before I'd be gay

in #ingame-chat. That sentence is indirectly expressing how opposed you are to the idea of homosexuality, and so could be considered as expressing a homophobic view

Being homophobic would fall under our "respect others" rule which we usually permanently ban for. However, I'd say what you said falls into the lower half of seriousness as far as offenses to this rule goes considering it's not directed at anyone and the context in which you said it

We also believe Gnixia has been x-raying, so if you could pass the same warning and message about destroying x-rayed diamonds on to them, it would be appreciated

Hey c4, long time no see. We have updated the server but we're actually still on the same map - we only expanded for 1.14 and 1.15. We probably won't be resetting the map anytime soon, but when we do it will be uploaded on the forums. Here's a picture of your base from dynmap, it's still all there:

I've unbanned you both. If anything I think you should've been muted first - not because of your two's conversation before the staff member came on, but because after you were warned you both acted in a manner that most would consider 'trollish'. You'll have to understand that when we see new players acting in this way we often think they're a lost cause in the sense that they're not fit for the server, which is why you were banned.

I've unbanned you because you seem to show interest in playing on the server - I see you've made a house on the server, engaged in regular conversation with other players and you've actually appealed this ban. All I can really say is to please avoid causing any scenes. If you want to talk in private with all your friends you can use '/friend togglechat', given you've added them all to your friend list.

Please just dispose of those diamonds the next time you rejoin, and don't use that texture pack on the server again

Here's what you've done on the server so far: Gotten muted for being obscene in chat, picked a bunch of carrots at the public farms without replanting, and broken part of the spawn town path, someone's window and a couple of lanterns. If I saw any intention to actually play nicely on the server and be apart of the community I would be very happy to unban you, but I haven't seen any.

Sorry, but I just don't think you or your friends are a very good fit for the server. I know you're all just trying to be funny but it really does come off as annoying and trollish.

It is possible to do this with dynmap however it would require us to render the entire map from this new perspective. Dynmap saves a bunch of images rather than rendering the map in real time. This would take a day or so to do and would take up a lot of disk space, so I would prefer not to do it.

If you like you can use a client side mod to download the chunks in your area and set up a server on your computer with dynmap, just so you can get a snapshot of your area

There's going to be a max of 10 Janitors at any given time. After a player has been a Janitor for a week there is a possibility they will lose their role if someone else wishes to be a Janitor and the cap has already been reached. In this case the Janitor who has been away from the server the longest will be replaced by the prospective Janitor.
