Could somebody please guide me on how to use the 1.10.2.launcher. Since the 1.11 change, I think my launcher must have updated? Anyway whenever I try to login I get an error message.

When you open up the initial launcher for the game, if you look in the very bottom left corner you can see some options regarding profiles. Either click 'New Profile' or 'Edit Profile' and a display will pop up. There should be a section titled 'Version Selection' with a drop down menu in which you can change the version to the one you need. Once you've selected the correct version save the profile and you're good to go.
