I was banned on the evening of August 22nd for the use of an xray texture pack.
In my ignorance of playing quite frequently I was unaware of the consequences of playing with the texture enabled, I had not read the rules about this texture pack not being allowed. Although I should have known it was wrong I thought nothing of using it until WindyRaven had banned me.
I realize what I have done is not acceptable, however, I truly value playing on this server as this type of survival server is rare. I will undoubtedly continue playing on the server without any intentions of rudeness or cheating if I am allowed back.

I've unbanned you put placed you in jail for 7 days, once those 7 days are up you will be able to play again. I've also had to destroy all of your diamonds and diamond items.
Thank you for allowing me to come back to the server, I appreciate your mercy. This is one of the most fun servers I have ever been on.
