Are the rules not that if (in this case is tab) can ask for a unban? So if tab would like him un ban could he not ask. so I want a hear what tab has to say, and all so im sad and disappointed boss

no. theft is theft and it is a bannable offence. with what he stole he can not be unbanned. you may try to get him unbanned as much as you want but everytime you ask the answer will always be no. so please dont waste my time and just accept that he is banned as he wont be coming back.
