Example: Redstone doors

Now, redstone is very complicated but in this guide I'll try my best to explain it in a manner that everyone can understand.

To make a redstone powered door you'll need three things: redstone, a door and a lever/button.

Step 1:
Dig a trench like this, put the torch under where you want your door to be.


Step 2:
Cover up the trench and place the door on the block with the redstone torch under it.


Step 3:
Place a lever.


Step 4:
In the correct spot.


Step 5:
Enjoy your new redstone powered door!
